- Advertising the property: We will publicise the property and correspond with potential tenants during this period. The Trade Me listing fee in included in our fee.
- Tenant viewing: We will arrange a viewing and show prospective tenants around the property
- Interview potential tenants: We will interview the prospective tenants, assessing their suitability through specific face-to-face questioning to establish the shortlist
- Background checks: We will conduct credit checks on the recommended tenant and contact referee/s, as experience shows that these cross-checks often reveal a potential tenant may not be suitable
- Contract assistance: We will prepare the tenancy agreement (the contract)
- Rent collection: We will collect your first week's rent and deposit it into your account and provide your tenant with a personalise automatic payment form for further rent payments
- Bond assistance: We will lodge the bond with MBIE
